NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: A single incumbent position reporting to the assigned Branch Manager.  Will function as a Branch employee with responsibilities that reflect membership and support of Branch events and participation requirements. Will take daily workflow direction and training from assigned Loan Originator.  Works with a cross functional processing team of 3 or more team mates that assists one or more identified loan originators with processing and underwriting loans to meet closing deadlines with a loan that meet regulatory guidelines.  

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education and Experience:
    1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    2. One to three months mortgage related experience and/or training preferred.
    3. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
